For Ages <3 Years Old: All Medulloblastoma / PNET / Ependyoma/ High Grade Astrocytoma/ Brain Stem Tumor/Choroid Plexus Carcinoma
For Ages 3 - 6: All of the Above Excluding: "Low Stage" Medulloblastoma and Completely Resected Ependyoma
No prior chemotherapy allowed
Age must be 6 or less. |

Therapy consists of 3-5 cycles, 3 to 4 weeks apart, of intensive induction chemotherapy, followed with a single cycle of myeloblative chemotherapy and autologous stem cell rescue.
