The addition of XL184 , targeting the c-MET pathway may potentiate the response of glioblastoma tumors to radiation therapy, and may also decrease side effects from radiation therapy because of its anti-angiogenic effect. Available evidence suggests minimal potential for the addition of XL184 to interfere with temozolomide activity. |
